Contemporary Reinterpretation
Palazzo XXV Luglio is a regeneration project that brings new life and value to a historic building in the heart of Lecce. The intervention stands out for its balance and refinement: the architectural elegance of the original structure is enhanced through a contemporary reinterpretation of spaces, designed to host 27 luxury residences offering the highest standards of comfort, technology, and privacy.
Residences by Floor/ The Residences – Floor by Floor
Each floor reveals a different perspective on living — from the grandeur of historic halls to the panoramic terraces overlooking the rooftops of the city center.
First Floor
Eight grand apartments with generous layouts and scenographic spaces. The units vary between expansive living rooms with private terraces and residences with double salons and independent sleeping areas. High ceilings and natural light enhance the tactile beauty of carparo stone and the original rigor of the building’s geometry.
Roof Garden and Common Areas
The upper level hosts private and communal terraces designed as true urban lounges bathed in Salento’s sunlight. Green areas and relaxation zones dialogue with the sky of Lecce, offering residents a reserved place to find harmony and serenity in the city’s vibrant heart.
